Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Beertender /Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate orders for beverages and food using POS systems such as Toast POS Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including craft beers, wine, and sodas, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Develop and suggest beverages to enhance the guest experience and promote specials or new offerings Process cash transactions accurately, handle cash handling procedures, and manage POS operations efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Assist with food service duties when needed, including serving food at bars or tables in dining area or patio Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to feedback or concerns to ensure a positive experience Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry roles is highly preferred Knowledge of craft beer styles, brewing processes, wine varieties, Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is beneficial Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions Experience working in a restaurant or bar environment with beverage handling responsibilities Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing retail math tasks Ideal age would be over 21 as to be able to test different beers and wines, to be able to speak about them.
