Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Serve food, cocktails, wine, spirits, and beverages with professionalism and knowledge of drink service standards Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods accurately Upsell menu items including specialty drinks, desserts, and premium selections to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations Skills Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order management Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail recipes, and beverage service techniques Proven ability in food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations within the food industry Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and creating a welcoming atmosphere Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Background in fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus for delivering high-end service experiences Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels memorable dining experiences!
