Duties Assist servers by bussing tables promptly, clearing dishes, and resetting for new guests to maintain a clean and welcoming dining area Support food and beverage service by delivering drinks, appetizers, or desserts as directed by servers, ensuring timely and accurate order delivery Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including cash handling and credit card processing Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas including dining tables, service stations, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety regulations Refill beverages for guests during their meal service, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks with knowledge of beverage offerings like Spirits experience and wine knowledge Assist with food preparation tasks when needed and support kitchen staff to uphold food quality standards Uphold guest relations by providing friendly, attentive service that enhances the overall dining experience Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable for reservations management is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in the food industry Ability to perform basic math accurately for processing transactions and handling cash confidently Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Experience in beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation enhances your ability to upsell effectively Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable dining experiences!
