Server Assistant Casa Pasha is building a dining experience unlike anything else in the area: serious food and cocktails, world-class beef and seafood, Japanese influence, live fire, great wine, and a room with real energy. We are looking for Server Assistants who take pride in being the foundation of great service. This is a fast-moving, hands-on role for someone who notices the details, stays a step ahead, and understands that a polished dining room is built through teamwork. You'll work closely with Servers, Back Waiters, runners, bartenders, hosts, and management to keep the room sharp, comfortable, and moving at the right pace. You'll join the opening team and help set the standard for how Casa Pasha feels from day one. What You'll Do Support Servers and Back Waiters in delivering a seamless, elevated guest experience. Greet tables warmly when appropriate and make guests feel cared for throughout their meal. Keep water, beverages, bread, table settings, and other guest needs attended to before they need to ask. Clear, pre-bus, reset, and maintain tables with urgency and attention to detail. Run food accurately, confidently, and with an understanding of proper presentation. Learn the menu, ingredients, and service details well enough to answer basic guest questions and speak clearly about what is being served. Stay aware of the room—what needs to be cleared, reset, polished, stocked, or supported next. Communicate clearly with Servers, Back Waiters, the kitchen, bar, and support team to keep service smooth. Help maintain clean, organized service stations and dining areas throughout the night. Complete opening, running, and closing responsibilities with pride. Who You Are Experienced in a restaurant, hospitality, or guest-facing environment; upscale dining experience is a plus, but a strong attitude and work ethic matter most. Naturally hospitable, quick on your feet, and comfortable in a busy room. Detail-oriented. You notice an empty water glass, a crumbed table, or a missed reset without being asked. A strong teammate who understands that every position contributes to the guest's experience. Reliable, well-presented, and ready to work with purpose. Interested in food, wine, cocktails, and learning how high-level service comes together. Excited to grow.
