Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct entry Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food preparation tasks to uphold safety standards Clear tables, bus tables as needed, and support host/hostess duties during busy periods Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Handle cash transactions accurately with basic math skills and perform cashiering duties when required Maintain a clean, organized work area following sanitation guidelines and food safety protocols Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is advantageous Proven ability in upselling, sales techniques, and delivering excellent customer service Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment Background in hospitality or guest services roles such as host/hostess or busser is beneficial Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in lively settings such as nightclubs or restaurants Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to creating memorable experiences!
