Take accurate food and drink orders Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality standards are met. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions responsibly. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling cash register operations and processing payments. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards. Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items as needed.
