Responsibilities:
Deliver food to guests promptly while ensuring accuracy, quality, and presentation standards are met. Describe menu items to guests when delivering food and answer basic questions regarding dishes. Monitor tables to ensure guests have everything they need and communicate additional requests to the appropriate server. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the expo line, service stations, and dining room. Support servers by pre-bussing tables, refilling water, and assisting with guest needs when appropriate. Coordinate with kitchen staff, servers, hosts, and management to ensure efficient and seamless service. Assist with opening, closing, and side work responsibilities as assigned. Maintain a sense of urgency while delivering exceptional hospitality throughout every shift.
Qualifications:
Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, but not required. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and carry trays weighing up to 40 pounds throughout the shift.
