Duties:

• Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
• Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
• Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail and presentation
• Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience
• Assist with setting up tables, cleaning, and resetting tables for the next guests
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or requests promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant

Experience:

• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is required
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food handling and safety regulations
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
