Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service from the moment they arrive until their departure. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage guest relations, and deliver high-quality food/drink service will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Skytap. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations, to enhance the guest experience. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining attention to detail and presentation standards. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain communication regarding any special requests or dietary restrictions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service at all times. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred; Server experience is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette. Familiarity with POS systems; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest services.
