We are looking for Servers with 1-3+ years of experience working in a full service restaurant. Must be outgoing and enthusiastic, ready to provide excellent guest experiences. Great Servers are guest oriented, anticipating their needs with fast and efficient service. You can average up to $30 per hour combined wages and tips BOE. Mac's offers free parking, employee meals and uniform shirts that we launder. We have immediate openings. Mac's is open Monday - Saturday for lunch and Dinner Service. Kitchen Opens at 11:00am - Closes by 10pm: great hours! Mac's has been a destination Fresh fish and Seafood Restaurant for the past 30 years, offering fresh made from scratch items, creative cocktails, craft beer and full wine list. We have a Cocktail Hour daily from 3-6:30, a private dining room and a summertime expansive outdoor seating area. You'll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers' experiences. SA/Food Runners average $15-$20+ per hour combined Wages and Tips) Responsibilities Serve food and drinks with professionalism, ensuring presentation standards are met and guest satisfaction is prioritized. Provide Exceptional Service to all guests. Be knowledgeable about all food and beverages Interact with customers, take orders and execute timely service. Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Comply with all food and beverage regulations Complete all daily set-up and side work as assigned. Accurately handle all guest transactions. Skills Outgoing and Friendly personality Able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stay calm under pressure Detail oriented, ability to uphold quality and consistency standards.
