You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to excellence in the food industry. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and assist with menu selections based on their preferences and dietary needs Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Clover POS ensuring timely delivery Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments through POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations by bussing tables and assisting with sanitation protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food safety standards are met and food is prepared correctly Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Skills Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle guest relations professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Strong communication skills coupled with a positive attitude that energizes team members and enhances the guest experience If you have experience please let me know!
