Responsibilities Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area Assist servers by delivering food and beverages swiftly from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Maintain cleanliness of dining spaces, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing as needed Handle food safely during transportation, adhering to proper food handling procedures and safe lifting practices for heavy trays or containers Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when required, such as replenishing supplies or organizing utensils Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs in person or via POS systems like Micros POS or POS Uphold high standards of guest service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to guest requests Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality environments Strong knowledge of food handling safety protocols and cleaning procedures Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members in person or through POS systems Familiarity with food running, serving, bussing, and basic food preparation techniques Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order management Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and guest satisfaction Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality!
