Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with selecting beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options Prepare and serve drinks accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, processing all sales transactions efficiently Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and beverage service procedures Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through effective suggestive selling techniques Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments and providing correct change Support food service operations by bussing tables, assisting with food presentation, and coordinating with kitchen staff for timely service Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently while providing excellent guest relations Qualifications Previous experience in food and beverage service, fine dining, or nightclub environments is highly desirable Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS; Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktail preparation, and beverage service standards Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation procedures in a restaurant or food industry setting Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of responsible beverage service practices Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Tips are included Join us to deliver exceptional guest experiences through energetic service, expert drink knowledge, and a passion for hospitality.
