Full Job Description Job Overview Schedule:

Friday-Sunday 6:00am-2:30pm We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. We are an independent living community in Southfield,MI. that is seeking to fill a weekend server role. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring resident satisfaction will be key to your success in this position. Duties Greet and seat residents promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages to residents in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining/kitchen area. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure all residents receive prompt attention. Experience Ideal candidates will possess the following skills: Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures is essential. Excellent time management abilities to handle high-volume service periods. A passion for culinary arts and guest services, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons.
