Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and managing tabs Upsell menu items such as cocktails, wines, or desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns with professionalism. Requirements Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred, especially fine dining or high-volume environments. Strong knowledge of POS systems. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and strong communication abilities. Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling cash transactions confidently. Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques is desirable. Commitment to food safety standards, sanitation practices, and responsible alcohol service.
