Job Description Job Summary:

A Tea Barista prepares tea drinks and serves customers while keeping the tea bar clean and organized. Main Duties Make tea drinks such as milk tea, matcha, and bubble tea. Take customer orders and process payments. Serve drinks quickly and politely. Keep the work area clean and follow hygiene rules. Restock tea, milk, cups, and other supplies. Cleanup after shift Skills Needed Friendly and good with customers Able to work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of tea drinks (or willing to learn) Good teamwork and communication Layering Drinks Making Cold Foam Batching Matching Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of beverage options. Take accurate drink orders from guests, ensuring timely preparation and presentation of beverages including cocktails, mocktails, coffee, tea, and soft drinks. Serve beverages efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized service station. Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting the kitchen team during busy periods or special events. Ensure all food handling and beverage service adhere to food safety standards and dietary guidelines. Support banquet and catering events by setting up beverage stations, refilling supplies, and clearing used items promptly. Engage with guests proactively to enhance their experience, addressing any special dietary needs or preferences with professionalism. Requirements Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and enthusiastically. Experience serving in banquet or catering settings is a plus. Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations is essential. Barista experience or familiarity with coffee preparation enhances your candidacy. Previous restaurant experience demonstrating excellent hospitality skills is desirable.
