Responsibilities:

• Take food and drink orders from customers
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
• Ensure accuracy of orders and address any customer concerns or special requests
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive dining experience
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks as needed
• Clear and clean tables, reset dining areas, and assist with bussing duties
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and server stations
• Build rapport with guests and establish good guest relations

Qualifications:

• MUST BE 18+ YEARS OLD

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
