Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server. You will deliver outstanding customer service, ensure food and beverage service, and create memorable moments for our guests. If you are looking for a fun and fast paced job...this is it! Duties Greet guests Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS system. Provide expert recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Monitor guest needs throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety standards Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, when necessary to uphold sanitation and food handling protocols Qualifications Previous restaurant experience or food service background strongly preferred but not required Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor and excellent communication abilities Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently Willingness to learn •Must be available days, nights and weekends•
