POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Server who will deliver exceptional food, drinks, and fun! You'll take orders, serve guests, and make sure every visit is smooth, fun, and memorable. From checking in on tables to handling special requests, you're the friendly face that keeps guests happy and coming back for more. Need more convincing? H8 RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare nonalcoholic drinks for guests Take orders, serve food and drinks to guests Process transactions using a POS system Comply with all food and drink regulations Winning attitude and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction Demonstrate ability to diffuse and respond to guest concerns Strong communication skills Ability to work as a member of a team

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Experience preferred but not required Must be 18-years old or older Experience working in a fast-paced environment Must be able to pass a mandatory background check Must be able to work at least one day during a weekend (Fri, Sat, or Sun)

COMPENSATION

$11.41/hour Tips Team Member discounts Free bowling, duckpin, arcade play, and axe throwing

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40lbs Must be able to stand for 6-8 hours Must be comfortable in an occasionally loud atmosphere Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
