Operate and maintain ice cream machines and other equipment, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently. Utilize Square POS systems for processing transactions and managing sales.. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, adhering to health regulations. Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Participate in inventory management, including stocking supplies and managing waste. Experience Previous experience in food service is preferred. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Background in customer service within quick service or fast food restaurants is beneficial. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is preferred
