$15- $18 per hour (commensurate with experience) Server

1. Dining Service & Resident Experience- Greet residents warmly and assist with seating as needed.
- Serve meals accurately and efficiently in accordance with dietary requirements.
- Ensure all meals are presented in an appealing manner and at appropriate temperatures.
- Provide refills and second helpings when appropriate. 2. Sanitation & Cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area before, during, and after meals.
- Follow infection control and food safety guidelines.
- Properly handle and dispose of food waste and soiled items.
- Assist with dishwashing and restocking clean tableware. 3. Communication & Teamwork
- Relay resident preferences and feedback to kitchen staff and Dietary Director.
- Work collaboratively with cooks and fellow servers to ensure smooth meal service.
- Assist with special events and meal service changes as directed. 4. Resident Support
- Provide respectful and dignified assistance to residents with mobility, dietary, or personal needs.
- Report resident concerns or changes in condition to appropriate team members.
- Support residents in having a positive dining experience.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred.Experience:
Experience in food service or senior living preferred.Certifications:
Food Handler's Permit (or ability to obtain upon hire).Skills:
