As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties Greet guests promptly and courteously as they arrive at the restaurant. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining high standards of service. Process payments accurately using the cash register, ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction and address any special requests or dietary restrictions. Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables and ensure all guests receive prompt attention. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary knowledge is a plus. Proficient in math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and satisfaction. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
