Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a bar / restaurant setting . As a Server, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, managing orders efficiently, and ensuring that guests have a memorable time. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as SpotOn. Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions about food preparation or ingredients. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Manage cash register transactions efficiently, handling payments and providing change as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders. Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to enhance their experience. Uphold all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages. Requirements Previous experience in a server role within a bar/ restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Proficiency with POS systems; familiarity with SpotOn is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively. Basic math skills for processing payments accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs. A passion for food preparation and knowledge of menu items is desirable. Must be able to work weekends it will be required. Generally we try to alternate weekends.
