Ensure that all orders are accurate and presented beautifully. Assist servers by communicating any special requests or dietary restrictions from guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Uphold food safety and handling standards at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of culinary practices, food safety, and food handling regulations. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality. Ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help others. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Must be at least 16 years old.
