Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary needs are accommodated Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Assist with food preparation and plating to uphold quality and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas Support banquet and catering events by delivering excellent service in various settings Follow all food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure guest safety Requirements Prior experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments preferred Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude Knowledge of serving techniques, food handling, and food safety standards Experience with food preparation, catering, or banquet service is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is highly desirable Barista experience or familiarity with beverage service is advantageous Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
