Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Process cash and card transactions smoothly while handling cash handling responsibilities responsibly Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure seamless service Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage guest seating and reservations effectively Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine, spirits, and menu items to elevate the dining experience Foster positive guest relations through excellent customer service and attentive communication Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably in fine dining or hospitality settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such is highly desirable Culinary experience or food industry background a plus; familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards required Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated ability in sales techniques including upselling beverages, cocktails, and menu items Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Strong communication skills along with a team-oriented mindset to support colleagues and ensure smooth operations Join us as a Server where your enthusiasm meets your expertise!
