Job Description
Server "Tipped Position" This is a very important and vital position for the success of Pints & Paddle Responsibilities This person must be very friendly and patient with guests. Ready to answer questions. Engage guests while seated. Knowledge of Toast or other POS Removing empty glasses from tables. Monitoring alcohol consumption of guests. Work with Beer representatives doing tastings to help promote specific products Knowledge of what is being served on tap wall Restocking glassware Keeping counters and the floor free of spills. Ensure restrooms are clean, dry and stocked.
