Job Summary Manny's Steakhouse is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Restaurant Service Worker to support daily restaurant operations and provide a welcoming dining experience for guests. This role involves assisting with guest service, taking orders, supporting food and beverage service, maintaining clean work areas, restocking supplies, and working collaboratively with the restaurant team. Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service. Take customer orders accurately and communicate special requests to the appropriate team members. Assist with preparing, serving, packaging, and delivering food and beverage orders. Support the service of steakhouse menu items according to established procedures. Answer guest questions about menu items, ingredients, and available options. Ensure food and beverage orders are accurate, complete, and served promptly. Operate the point-of-sale system and process customer payments accurately as needed. Maintain clean and organized dining areas, counters, service stations, and workspaces. Clear and reset tables while maintaining a neat and welcoming dining environment. Restock food service supplies, beverages, utensils, napkins, packaging, and other necessary items. Assist front-of-house and kitchen teams during busy service periods. Follow food handling, sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace safety procedures. Help maintain consistent food presentation, order accuracy, and service quality. Communicate customer requests, supply needs, and service concerns to supervisors. Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and general restaurant duties. Handle food service equipment, supplies, and customer property carefully and professionally. Help organize service stations and prepare work areas for daily operations. Assist with monitoring inventory and communicating supply needs when necessary. Respond to routine customer questions and concerns in a courteous manner. Perform other restaurant service and customer support duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous restaurant, food service, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Good attention to detail and order accuracy. Willingness to learn restaurant service procedures and menu information. Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety practices. Reliable, punctual, and responsible work habits.
