Duties Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their dining experience Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable to process sales transactions swiftly and accurately Serve food and beverages with professionalism, including cocktail mixing, wine pouring, spirits service, and beverage presentation Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments, giving change, and balancing registers at shift end Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist in food preparation when needed and support kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while providing excellent guest relations and personalized service Skills Proven experience in food service roles such as servers, bartenders, or hosts/hostesses within restaurant or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and other restaurant management software Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation techniques Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage multiple tables or transactions simultaneously through effective time management and organization Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with food industry operations such as food preparation, bussing, serving, and nightclubbing activities Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and ensure seamless service delivery Join us to be part of a vibrant environment where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes a real difference!
