Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking several full and part time servers to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidates will be friendly, attentive, and passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will take orders, serve food and beverages, and help maintain a welcoming dining atmosphere. Experience with Toast POS systems is preferred, along with a strong understanding of food safety and hospitality standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively, fast-paced casual fine dining restaurant with a focus on elevated comfort food, cocktails, dessert drinks, and more. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and deliver attentive, professional service throughout their dining experience. Take food and drink orders accurately using POS system Serve menu items with knowledge of ingredients, preparation styles, and any allergens. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and beverage areas. Manage cash handling and payment processing accurately and responsibly. Assist with table maintenance, including pre-bussing, refilling drinks, and resetting tables efficiently. Support team members during high-volume periods to ensure smooth service flow. Follow responsible alcohol service policies at all times. Assist with special events, banquets, or catering functions when needed. Uphold a professional, positive, and guest-focused attitude throughout each shift. Requirements Previous experience as a server in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment is highly desirable (fine dining or banquet experience is a plus). Proficiency with or a willingness to learn POS systems like Toast is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage guests professionally. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and proper sanitation practices. Basic math skills for order entry, bill splitting, and cash handling. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be at least 18 years old (or 21+ if serving alcohol). Bartending or barista experience is a plus but not required.
