Duties:
Greet customers warmly at the counter, take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Operate kitchen equipment safely to cook, grill, fry, or assemble menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards Manage customer orders with precision, ensuring timely service and upselling opportunities to enhance sales Process cash and card transactions accurately at the register, handling cash register operations and processing cash transactions with integrity Deliver food orders promptly to customers' locations while maintaining excellent customer service standards during deliveries Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation protocols, bussing tables, and ensuring a tidy environment for staff and guests Experience Previous food service experience in quick service or fast-food restaurants preferred; familiarity with serving and bussing is a plus. We will train! Experience operating POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. We will train!
