Job Description

Wadena Truck & Trailer is growing, and we're looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Wadena, Minnesota. If you are dependable, self-motivated, and take pride in delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service, we want to hear from you. In this hands-on role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of diesel-powered equipment, including trucks, trailers, and heavy-duty machinery. You'll work on both our company fleet and equipment brought in by customers, helping ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00am

What You'll Do Diagnose and repair diesel engines, trucks, trailers, and related equipment Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Maintain accurate service and repair records Ensure equipment meets safety and regulatory standards Deliver high-quality workmanship while minimizing downtime What We're Looking For Experience as a Diesel Mechanic or related heavy equipment technician Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required) Why Join Wadena Truck & Trailer?
