The Catering Department values passion, positivity and strong work ethic. We are committed to providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. For this position, your primary duties will include the following:

• Provide food and drink service to guests from small to large events such as weddings, corporate events, holiday parties and others
• Understands Banquet Event Orders to efficiently set up and break down events
• Responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guest in a friendly and efficient manner
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly if the event contact has las minute requests
• Listens attentively, follows direction from Banquet Captains and Catering Department and uses proper serving techniques
• Must be available to work various shifts including nights, weekends and Holiday's
• Bartending experience preferred but not required
