Job Description

At Basil & Bourbon, we believe great hospitality requires great systems. We have clear, structured steps of service in place so that the logistics become muscle memory, freeing you up to do what you do best: genuinely connect with guests and read the room. What we're looking for:
Sharp Thinkers:
Servers who can quarterback their section, maintain a steady tempo without stacking or holding tickets, and communicate smoothly with the line.
Hospitality Professionals:
People who value genuine connection over robotic service.
The Details:
18-20 hours/week. Must be 18+ (we serve alcohol).
