Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems , ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and resolving concerns efficiently Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred Familiarity with POS systems Experience with serving, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or cashiering is a plus Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices is essential Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building Culinary or kitchen experience is beneficial but not required; a passion for the food industry is key Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your hospitality talents will shine!
