We are currently hiring a Part-Time Server to provide outstanding dining service to residents in our Skilled Nursing and Rehab community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults.

Available Openings Evening Shift:

4:00pm - 7:30pm Server Responsibilities Provide friendly and attentive meal service to residents in the Skilled Nursing dining room Assist residents with meal selections while ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are followed Deliver meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner Set up, clean, and reset dining areas before and after meal service Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining room Work closely with the Culinary and Nursing teams to meet resident dining needs Follow food safety, infection prevention, and sanitation procedures Create a welcoming dining experience through excellent customer service and compassionate care Qualifications Previous restaurant, hospitality, healthcare, senior living, or customer service experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Dependable attendance and punctuality Benefits May Include Competitive pay 403(b) with a 50% match up to 4% Employee referral opportunities Career advancement opportunities On-Demand Pay Pet Insurance Equal Employment Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration without discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, age, disability, national origin, or veteran status.
