Key Responsibilities Engage with guests throughout the nightclub and actively sell shots and featured beverages. Create a fun, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Promote nightly specials and featured products confidently. Build rapport with guests to encourage repeat purchases. Accurately handle cash, credit card, and POS transactions. Maintain knowledge of available products, pricing, and promotions. Collaborate with bartenders, VIP servers, security, and management. Maintain a polished and professional appearance throughout each shift. Follow responsible alcohol service procedures and comply with all liquor laws. Help maintain a clean, organized, and upscale nightclub environment. Requirements Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with guests. Strong personality and excellent communication skills. Sales-driven and motivated to maximize earnings. Previous experience in a nightclub, bar, serving, promotional, or hospitality role preferred. Ability to work in a loud, crowded, fast-paced environment. Dependable, professional, and a team player. Ability to remain on your feet and move throughout the venue for extended periods. Late-night and weekend availability required. Must meet all legal requirements to serve alcohol in Missouri.
