PM Position Summary:
As a Server you create creative ways to make mealtimes unique and memorable, and you know what residents like because you ask, and you listen. You ensure residents' tastes are indulged and their suggestions implemented. Work as a team, to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction. Welcoming and sitting residents comfortably in the dining section. Taking residents food and drink orders. Collaborating with the cook staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders. Memorizing the menu and recommending alternatives when needed. Delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all resident issues promptly. Assisting with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers, and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant. Setting tables and rearranging the dining area to accommodate larger groups and preparing the dining room for special events. When applicable, acquaint new residents with menus, seating, and dining options and hours. Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills/Educational Requirements:
Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Strong organization and time management skills. Able to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or employees.

From $15.00 per hour
