Position Title Patient Consultant Job Description What You Will Do Deliver a personalized, education-driven experience for each customer Maintain strong knowledge of cannabis products, effects, and industry trends Accurately process transactions and handle cash in accordance with company procedures Ensure full compliance with all state regulations, security protocols, and company policies Support daily dispensary operations, including cleanliness, organization, and workflow Contribute to team success by meeting performance expectations and maintaining a positive work environment Accurately enter and maintain customer profiles and transaction data Support customer flow and assist in maintaining efficient store operations What Success Looks Like Consistently provides high-quality customer interactions Maintains accuracy in transactions and compliance procedures Supports team efficiency and customer flow during peak hours Meets or exceeds individual and store performance expectations Demonstrates reliability, professionalism, and teamwork Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Eligible to obtain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card High school diploma or GED required Strong customer service and communication skills High attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends Cannabis knowledge or retail experience preferred Computer and basic technology proficiency required English fluency required; additional languages preferred Compensation Base pay: $15.00 per hour plus tips Bonus Structure Work Location Sunrise Dispensary -
