Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing of sales transactions Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly Utilize reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements for maximum efficiency Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting the culinary team in a fast-paced environment Uphold hospitality standards by providing excellent guest relations, resolving issues professionally, and ensuring a positive dining experience Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining settings preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for seamless sales processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently in a busy setting Knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation techniques Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Culinary experience or food industry background is highly desirable Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue opportunities Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure smooth operations Embark on an exciting journey in hospitality where your energy makes a difference!
