Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! As a Server, you will be the heart of the guest experience, delivering exceptional service with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your role is vital in creating memorable dining moments by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a welcoming attitude Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food, beverages, and cocktails promptly while maintaining presentation standards Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Process sales transactions efficiently, handle cash and credit payments accurately, and manage cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine pairings, cocktail options, and menu items to elevate the guest experience Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience is mandatory Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and sales processing Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with wine knowledge, spirits, cocktail preparation, and upselling techniques Hospitality background with experience in serving guests in a fast-paced setting Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members Join us to deliver outstanding guest experiences through exceptional service!
