Cugino's Lake St. Louis is looking for an energetic, experienced PM server who can help us cultivate and grow our evening business. We are not just looking for someone to take orders. We are looking for someone who can cultivate relationships with guests, provide attentive and superior service, and help turn dinner at Cugino's Craft Kitchen into the best part of someone's day. What You'll Do As a server, you will be responsible for creating a warm, professional, and memorable guest experience while maintaining a clean and efficient section.

Responsibilities include:

Greet every guest warmly and create a welcoming dining experience Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service Build relationships with local professionals, families, and regular guests Learn guests' names, preferences, and favorite menu items Help create an upbeat and welcoming lunch atmosphere Deliver prompt service for guests with limited lunch breaks Recommend menu items, daily features, drinks, and desserts Help promote food specials, loyalty programs, catering, and upcoming events Work with management to identify opportunities to increase evening business Maintain a clean, organized, and fully prepared dining area Support teammates and contribute to a positive restaurant culture What We're Looking For.
