Fuji Japanese Cuisine is looking for Servers who are responsible for positive Guest interactions while serving Guests in a friendly and efficient manner and play an integral role in ensuring our customers have exceptional dining experiences. At all times, servers are expected to be attentive to our Guests' needs, making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed. The right person will be passionate about food and service and thoroughly enjoy creating excellent experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing disposition and previous experience working as a Server in a bustling, fast-paced restaurant setting. Summary As a Server, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. Reporting to the restaurant manager, you will utilize your core skills in POS systems, food service, and food safety to take orders and serve food efficiently. Your premium skills, will enhance your ability to manage time effectively and drive sales. With a focus on food handling and sanitation, you will ensure a clean and welcoming environment, making you a vital part of our team in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Greet in a friendly manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Take and process customer orders accurately using POS systems Serve food and beverages while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and assist with bussing tables as needed.
