Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food, cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Process cash and credit transactions accurately while managing POS systems and sales transactions processing Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food handling, preparation support, and ensuring proper food safety practices are followed Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling cash transactions Food safety certification or willingness to obtain required sanitation training Previous experience with serving in hospitality settings such as restaurants or food industry establishments is preferred Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences!
