Fine Dining Server LGC Hospitality Staffing is hiring experienced and professional Fine Dining Servers to support upscale restaurants, luxury hotels, private clubs, banquet facilities, and exclusive events. This temporary, on-call opportunity is ideal for hospitality professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining polished service standards, and thriving in sophisticated dining environments. As a Fine Dining Server, you will provide attentive, personalized service while demonstrating strong menu knowledge, proper dining etiquette, and exceptional attention to detail. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional, attentive service in upscale dining environments. Greet guests professionally, present menus, and explain daily specials. Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary accommodations. Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff. Follow proper fine dining service standards, including table settings, course timing, and clearing procedures. Provide wine and beverage service, including recommendations and proper presentation when required. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests. Maintain clean, organized, and properly set dining tables throughout service. Handle guest concerns professionally and discreetly. Assist with opening duties, closing duties, and event setup or breakdown. Represent LGC Hospitality Staffing with professionalism, reliability, and a guest-first attitude. Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette, table service, and multi-course meal service. Experience with wine service, beverage presentation, and menu recommendations preferred. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance, polished demeanor, and strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tables while maintaining exceptional service standards. Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and carrying trays. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-expectation environments. Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
