Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages quickly and accurately from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring presentation quality and temperature standards are met. Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and welcoming dining area. Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and supporting guest needs with a friendly attitude. Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including clearing plates, wiping down surfaces, and organizing supplies. Support food preparation tasks as needed, including setting up stations or assisting with basic kitchen duties. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure seamless service flow. Uphold food safety standards by handling food properly and adhering to sanitation guidelines at all times. Contribute to a lively team environment by staying energetic, motivated, and attentive to guest satisfaction. Qualifications Prior experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key! Knowledge of food handling procedures, safety standards, and sanitation practices. Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Previous banquet or catering experience can be advantageous. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment. Hospitality or hotel experience is beneficial but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential!
