Overview Everybody Eats Café & Restaurant is hiring dependable, guest-focused servers for a fast-moving restaurant environment.

Business levels can vary:

weekday shifts may be slower, while Fridays, Saturdays, and Sunday brunch may become extremely busy. Successful team members remain professional during rushes, communicate early when assistance is needed, and complete assigned cleaning, stocking, and side work during slower periods. Tip income varies by shift and is not guaranteed. Duties Provide outstanding table service during high-volume weekend shifts, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued from start to finish Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately Upsell menu items, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages with professionalism, including drink service, food handling, and beverage presentation in line with food safety standards Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and maintaining sanitation standards throughout the shift Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience at all times Support food preparation tasks when needed and collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver timely service during busy periods Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in high-volume or fine dining settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while processing sales efficiently Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy weekends Basic math skills for order calculations and cash handling; understanding of food safety and sanitation practices Previous experience in hospitality roles such as host/hostess or bartender is advantageous Enthusiasm for the food industry with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences Join us at Everybody Eats Café and Restaurant where your energy fuels exceptional service!
