Maintain cleanliness standards through regular cleaning of dining areas, including clearing plates, wiping surfaces, and resetting tables for new guests. Handle food safety and food handling responsibilities in accordance with health regulations to ensure guest safety. Use POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders and payments accurately. Assist with manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of trays, boxes, or supplies following safe lifting practices. Communicate effectively with team members and guests to provide exceptional in-person customer service and guest support. Requirements Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred; familiarity with food handling and safety standards is a plus. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while maintaining safe lifting practices. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety protocols and basic food preparation techniques preferred. Experience in banquet settings or large-scale hospitality environments is a bonus. Availability for both morning (AM) and evening (PM) shifts; flexibility is appreciated.
