Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage table settings, clear dishes, and assist with bussing to maintain a clean and inviting environment Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained in accordance with health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and delivery for a seamless dining experience Utilize reservation management tools like OpenTable to optimize seating arrangements and wait times Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and fostering positive guest relations Assist with food handling, basic math calculations for bills, and support other restaurant operations as needed Experience Prior restaurant or food service experience, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations Experience in food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety protocols Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food industry standards including serving etiquette, upselling techniques, and basic math for cashiering Previous host/hostess or bussing experience is advantageous but not required Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and adapt quickly to changing priorities Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering top-tier service!
