Responsibilities Supervise and support the serving team to deliver outstanding guest service in a fast-paced setting Take on the responsibility of managing tables, ensuring timely food and beverage delivery, and addressing guest needs promptly Assist with training new staff on POS systems, emphasizing efficient order processing Maintain food safety standards by monitoring sanitation practices, proper food handling, and cleanliness in dining areas Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, process sales efficiently, and manage billing procedures Support guest relations by resolving concerns quickly and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied with their experience Qualifications Proven restaurant experience with a strong background in food service, fine dining preferred Demonstrated leadership skills with previous host/hostess or supervisory roles in hospitality settings Extensive knowledge of POS systems Culinary experience combined with beverage expertise including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail making, and drink service Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours while maintaining high-quality service Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and handle guest inquiries professionally Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling procedures Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and food industry regulations Ability to train staff on food preparation techniques, serving protocols, and upselling strategies Embark on an exciting journey where your leadership transforms ordinary dining into extraordinary experiences!
